Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
